Lovely place with great views. The staff were very friendly and the farm tour was a great addition to the stay. Would recommend!

The restaurant on site was fabulous! This place is located in the middle of the hill towns of Sicily so having your own car is a must.

The property itself is very nice but in need of some maintenance work. Broken areas on the ground. The pool was nice but needs heating as well. The best party was the dinner entertainment they were wonderful.

Beautiful property. Most rooms have superb views of the rolling countryside.. Excellent included breakfast, and evening dining options. Friendly and professional staff. The property is not easy to reach from Palermo, so you will need your rented car and good driving skills.

El hotel es bonito, pero no tiene ninguna de las actividades que muestra en su pagina. Cuando solicite la actividad de los caballos, la senorea se mostro sorprendida y queria que yo llamara para agendarlo, y no estaba segura si se podia, pedi que me mostraran el establo de las vacas pero dijho que no se podia. No tienen ninguna actividad extra. Fuimos alla para descansar pero tambien por las actividades que muestran. La comida no fue de mi agrado tampoco. La pasta durisima ni siquiera era al dente.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful with amazing food.

The property is beautiful and has wonderful views of the countryside. You can see the horses and sheep walking along the hills.There weren’t many people staying there at the time which felt a bit eerie. The drive to get there was difficult coming from Palermo. One of the mains roads was closed due to construction so we were re-routed by google maps and ended up getting very lost on a dirt road. The pool areas could have been cleaned up, there was garbage and clothing left on the deck and the chairs and tables were not set up nicely. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work very well so the bedroom was quite hot at night. The food was very good and the waitstaff at dinner were nice. They also have a great wine selection. The breakfast included was also very good.

Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff. Maid service and clean towels every day. Excellent pool area with panoramic views. Excellent location for a relaxing break and value for money.

Villa Dafne is a wonderful, peaceful place to stay in stunning countryside. It is so relaxing, well maintained and the food and local wine were delicious. Giuseppe was extremely helpful both before arrival and during the stay, and speaks good English which was helpful. The only slight criticism I have is with the food service - only one waiter (who was clearly doing his best and was very efficient) for quite a number of evening tables meant service was very slow. Patience is definitely needed, but the quality of the food is worth the wait!

If you want a holiday in a genuine Sicilian countryside location then this is it. Yes there is a pool; it can get hot. The site is not too big but it is very popular both with tourists and Sicilians; the later travel from all over the island to spend quality time at the 'farm' and enjoy the home produced generous and delicious Sicilian food. Yes, you could find fault if you were determined to do so. One English language TV channel, even if only news might be a consideration. The WiFi/Internet needs an upgrade, seriously. The food was as good as I had hoped and the standard was consistent throughout my two week stay. Where I chose to eat 'a la carte' the prices were extremely reasonable; hard to match elsewhere in any local restaurants. In the end it is a great little discovery which I have no hesitation in recommending based on 40 plus years of foreign travel.

Heartily recommend this lovely Sicilian villa. A beautiful, cleverly repurposed central building houses several tasteful apartments across two floors, all the views from which give on to stunning Sicilian countryside. The villa also houses a super restaurant and an equally good pizzeria, which are both available all week for guests who wish to 'eat in'. We used them when we'd done enough driving and had no energy to go out again. The staff are all lovely and really go that extra yard to help you. There is also a fantastic elegant pool in an amazing setting. Would go back in a heart-beat. Una settimana indimenticabile.

Beautiful setting, good food, and fun tour of the farm with a wonderful explanation of cheese making by Guiseppe. The pool was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
