Wonderful stay. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout my stay: kind, helpful, and attentive. I was there for my birthday, and they made the room feel extra special for me, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the stay memorable. I would come back again.

Great hotel! The location is awesome, right next to the ocean and plenty of shops and food options. The breakfast is pretty good as well, would definitely recommend

great location , but finding parking nearby is a challenge or extremely expensive . otherwise the room is a bit small but functional . breakfast is average , and we wish we would be welcomed every morning with a smile , instead of feeling we were a burden... an attitude adjustment is seriously needed !

Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable and location was an excellent plus. The only thing I’m taking a star away for is for the size. There was barely any room to go around the bed, you basically get a bed in a small room and a small bathroom as well.

This property is centrally located. A number of the major tourist sites are near by. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay.

GREAT STAFF: WE LOVED BEATRIZ. Extremely responsive house keeping ! Property well kept. room was very small. and the ironing board was in bad condition and sloped ... I also wish the fridge was empty so we can usr more of the space

If you ever find yourself in Lisbon, you should stay here. Our first impression was being greeted by Anna Maria at the front desk. She was the most personable, professional and knowledgeable hotel staff we have had the pleasure of meeting. She was friendly, down-to-earth and had a wealth of information. She was also kind enough to answer a myriad of questions. She arranged a car for our return to the airport and even included breakfast to go for our party of 6 as we left early. And, she arranged all four of our rooms, compete with balconies, on the same floor, next to each other. How often does that happen? When we arrived at 11 am, we were prepared to take advantage of the free hotel bag storage. But one of our rooms was ready way ahead of the 3 pm check in time, so we put all of our bags in there for safekeeping until the later check in time. The location is perfect. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are on the small side, but that is typical for hotels in Europe where space is at a premium. Just right for our 3-nigh stay. The breakfast has a variety of items an is bountiful and delicious! The hospitality of the hotel staff alone is the #1 reason we will choose Hotel Lis - Baixa on our future travels to Lisbon.

This hotel was perfect for our quick night stay. We had a little balcony, bottle of water waiting, beds were comfy, shower and towels and soap were great. Breakfast was fabulous. They even Mimosas. Everything you could want to eat. Location was great. Staff was friendly. We had vip expedia access which gave us a nice glass of port. Bathrobes and slippers were included. Lots of space and hangers in the closet. Our room was a mini room and very very small. We were stepping over our suitcases, but for 1 night it was ok. We could pretty much walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Well located/their parking was public parking but it was safe/front desk staff were amazingly helpful with suggestions of places to go/was welcomed with a lovely glasss of port and snacks

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The carpet in our room was a bit worn and shower head holder was loose from the shower wall. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the location of the hotel was very convenient for transportation and shopping.

The hotel was an an excellent location. Close to everything, including restaurants, shopping and the port. Good for the price. The staff was helpful and nice. We really liked staying here. It was just lovely.

Location is great however the room is very very small.

The hotel is centrally located, easy walking to many attractions and restaurants. Room is small the bed very comfortable, the best water pressure shower ever. Staff were good and went out of their way to please. We neglected to place a wake up call for out first morning and our tour guide arrived front desk called us, when we did not answer they came to our room and let us know the tour bus was there, they arranged to have bus return so that we could dress and take the tour. Breakfast was very good, great selection. We would definitely stay again.
