Dirty Room, not cleaned properly at any time during the stay, they never made the bed once in a week, lazy cleaning staff, breakfast was very poor, no choice, take it or leave it, no coffee at breakfast, had to supply our own. Small pool, never used it as the water was dirty. Spa tub on the room balcony, never used it as no privacy. Overall the place does not live up to the Hotel.Com overview.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and felt a little disappointed. On the plus, the service staff were nice but spoke about as much English as we do Chinese, so communication was an issue. The downstairs bar area was nice and the outdoor private hot tub was relaxing. On the downsize, there was no safe in the room, the shower was very small, the towel hanger was inconveniently fastened INSIDE of the shower door. The complimentary breakfast was also not very tasty, I mostly ate dried toast and eggs with my coffee, none of the other Asian or Western fare looked appetizing. Lastly, the location was a decent 5-10 walk from Hengchun and across the street from a very good Thai restaurant. However, if you'd like to visit Kenting or any beaches make arrangements to rent a scooter or car or hire a taxi.

A great stay in all respects. Renting a scooter is advisable and easy to do close by.

早餐主食雖然不錯且會徵詢用餐時間，但並未事先解說食物內容是否可以接受，結果來了薯條雞塊

房間很髒！櫃檯態度很差！ 跟櫃檯反應床頭櫃有3處髒污還有枕頭套有印子，結果只擦了2處贓物，枕頭套也沒換！浴室門一層厚厚灰塵都沒擦😡

沒有衣櫃 早餐可以再清淡點

會館在恆春老街附近, 步行還算近. 房間整體算整潔, 美中不足的地方是冷氣與冰箱感覺有些老舊. 其餘的服務與設施以這個價位來說都可以接受.

服務親切，有問題都可以快速解決。 只是每天早餐都一樣，吃到第三天覺得有點膩

浴缸在室外(陽台)，看得出清潔人員有加強清潔過，不過由於浴缸底部有煙蒂燙過的焦痕，心理覺得不舒服於是沒使用；房內的浴室有股淡淡的尿騷味，淋浴用的蓮蓬頭管子破了會一直漏水XD 屋頂的泳池只開到只到下午六點還是七點，根本來不及去，建議加長開放時間。 走路兩分鐘左右就有全聯、再過一個路口有7-11，很方便。 飯店自帶酒吧(讚XD)。 前台(吧台?)每個服務人員態度都很好。

房間還不錯，陽台有浴缸但蠻小的，熱水器很慢才熱不太理想，但整體上還ok,早餐不怎麼好吃只是擺盤好看，頂樓有露天泳池可放鬆

整體的感覺很好，就是浴缸的氣氛燈壞了，有點不太OK。

一進房間就有點霉味，然後床投櫃、電話櫃都還有蠻厚的灰塵。接著去洗澡，毛巾還給我破2個洞，看到很傻眼... 接著回床上坐，又看到床上棉被破個洞... 真的受不了，才進去30分鍾不到，我們馬上辦退房，這種房間住不下去。真的太誇張了！！！

環境很好，地點也很好

如果是開車要住墾丁以便在附近玩的話，這個飯店旁邊有停車位很方便，附近也有全聯可以臨時買東西，房間內有戶外按摩池可以用。

民宿性質的商旅，位置好，買東西方便！

隔音設備超差，毛巾黃還破洞，重點是早餐的杯子幾乎沒洗乾淨，有一個還留有口紅印，餐盤還濕濕的沒烘乾消毒

房間是地毯的關係可能因為這樣所以地毯都沒有吸乾淨，我住703窗簾軌道壞了沒辦法整個密合，被子的車縫線裂開，浴缸氣氛燈後來沒沒有亮，其他都能夠接受
