Definitely stay again. Its older place but so clean. Refreshment food bag was awesome.

It was close to the garden of gods grounds

Recently updated everything was nice and clean and new but small. Area is questionable but ok

On short notice we discovered we would need a double, not a single king. The host handled our request with a smile and no upcharge. The host also provided abundant tips on places to eat and how to get to places of interest. The location was well situated for easy access to attractions.

First, I had stayed at this property 30 years ago. It has changed hands since then! This is a great location for shopping and dining. Plus, it’s pretty iconic. The sign is unique and perfect for the location. We were greeted by the current owner. She was friendly and welcoming. The check-in was a bit analog rather than digital.😁 but it was quick. Rooms are accessed by key cards. Before leaving the office, much to my surprise, we were given gift bags of snacks. Really good snacks! Our room was on the second floor. Conveniently, We were able to park nearby. There is no elevator. Stairs are manageable. The room was clean, with no objectionable odors. It obviously had been remodeled. The room had 2 king beds, but we only used one. The sheets were nice, striped, not just standard white. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was newly tiled with new sink and fixtures. The water pressure in the shower was more than adequate. Water was up to temperature very quickly. The towels were large and soft. Overall, our one night stay was a very positive experience. We’d stay here again!

The room was very clean, comfortable beds, checking in was super fast and easy. We received a welcome goodie bag. Staff was super friendly.

Close to job

Our stay was excellent. The service was wonderful. Steve and Jenny gracious hosts. Enjoyed the snack bag that they gave us full of fruit and all kinds of goodies. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s close to everything.

Very clean and convienent

I liked the bag of fruit, snacks, & water they gave me at checkin. Motel is older, but my room had updated flooring & furnishings, simple, clean, and looked really nice.

Room should have been better. AC is in separate corridor secrion, bed lamp should have been adjustable

The staff were amazing we got 2 goodie bags upon arrival. The room was clean, looked jus remodeled, beds comfy, and had hot water in the shower. Close to attractions and stores. Very nice.

The room was great and was so close to garden of the gods plenty of space and the owners were so nice and friendly couldn’t have been happier with our experience

We really appreciated the proprietor allowing us to change rooms due to a smoke smell in our original room. She was gracious and efficient. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean and attractive and we slept well.

It was so close to the different shops

The location is convenient to the Garden of the Gods and there’s a lovely view of Pike’s Peak from the parking lot. But for the condition of the room, half what I paid would have been a fair price.

Only amenities included a bar of soap. Noisy. Working on rooms till 10:00 pm. Had to ask for towels. No room service for four nights, not even trash was picked up.

The owners of the property Steve and Jen are very kind, sweet and caring for their guests. :) I highly recommend this place in the heart of old Colorado surrounded by interesting bars and restaurants!
