This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie plate at happy hour) and then dinner in their restaurant. Dinner was at a fine dining calibre with a modest price tag. Breakfast, included with our stay was filled with freshly baked cakes and pastries, fruit and delicious coffee. As fairly seasoned travellers, expectations in this mid price range are hit and miss. Palazzo Righini hit it out of the park. Grazie Mille!! 🇮🇹❤️

First the welcome is always nice and friendly with effortless conversation. Second the lovely old building which is entirely modernised, Third the food and service. I loved the old town area in Fossano and will definitely be back.

Quiet, clean and the staff is super nice. Bonus: the best restaurant in town happens to be in the hotel!

A beautiful old building, modernised with all the up to date amenities yet retaining faithfully it's old charm perfectly in the middle of the old town. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful and the food fantastic! All made for an amazing stay.

Poor service.

We have stayed at this hotel before. We love the location of the hotel. The hotel is very pretty with nice rooms and nice private spa facilities. The restaurant has very good food. I recommend eating at their restaurant even if you don’t stay in their hotel. They also have a nice lounge area and do a good breakfast. The service at the restaurant and through out the hotel is excellent and of 5 star quality. They offer free parking down the street in a garage but you can drop your luggage off and check in before parking. The hotel concierge go above and beyond to help you with reservations to restaurants and vineyards.

Great service and clean and comfortable rooms

Excellent service! Beautiful boutique hotel that is centrally located in the town of Fossano. Close to vineyards and good restaurants. Hotel rooms are very nice and quiet. Good size bathroom with really nice shower. They have a nice spa for sauna and steam that you request to use privately. Food in restaurant is excellent as well as the service. The lounge is also very nice. Overall a five star stay with great attention to detail and service at a practical price.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it will not be the last. Beautiful hotel, with helpful happy staff as a whole. We enjoyed the courtyard, a delicious meal in the charming restaurant. The bar was comfortable and welcoming. There are quaint rooms to sit and relax. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed chilling in the spa area. Our bedrooms were beautiful, everywhere was immaculate. The local area has plenty of shops and quaint bars/ restaurant also and the local folk are friendly and helpful to. We will definitely be returning for our third stay.

Every aspect of this hotel is exceptional. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurants are beautiful and the food is delicious. Our room was the most beautiful we have ever stayed in during our many travels.

Gourmet restaurant required that entire table ordered gourmet dinner. It could not be ordered as 2 persons gourmet and 3 persons a la carte. This does not make sense at all.

Can't talk highly enough about this Palazzo and town. Loved everything about it!

Beautiful renovation and wonderful service. Accepted our dogs. Great food. One of our favorite hotels in Northern Italy as it has tons of charm close to shopping city center of Fossano.

Really lovely hotel at an incredibly reasonable price. The service was excellent. The rooms and hotel are beautifully appointed. My only complaint is that the matress was really hard... which I used to love, but with my bad back, amounted to a bad nights sleep. Also the room has a crazy number of lights and light switches, which was more amusing than annoying. The food was excellent. We were happy we decided to eat at the hotel, which is unusual for us. Fossano is VERY quiet, but conveniently located to a number of beautiful hill towns in the Piedmont region.

Amazing building that has been tastefully renovated. First class service throughout the stay.

This is my favorite hotel in Italy because of the amazing staff. We always stay here. Nothing is too much to ask of them.

The courteous customer service stands out with this boutique hotel. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of elegant and relaxed. We received excellent directions to the hotel and an invitation to reserve a table at the hotel's restaurant for dinner and for spa time at the hotel's lounge. We did not have time for the spa but we did have dinner and I can 100% recommend it. It was the best dinner experience of our trip. The food was delicious (we ordered the 'local tasting menu'), the wine we had with guidance from our waiter was so perfect and the service was top notch. Stay here, eat here and enjoy :)

Beautiful hotel, room was small but Europe can be that way. The breakfast was great and dinner in the Wine room was amazing! High recommend trying it! Great wine selection also.
