Nice apartment. Easy check in. Good communication prior to and during stay via WhatsApp. We were pleasantly surprised to have had turndown service and a nicely made bed every day. Wish we could have added on breakfast as well for convenience. Overall, good stay.

Friendly staff, adequate rooms, nothing special but will keep you comfortable for your adventures. Short walk to city center and Nimez Reserve. Our room did not include breakfast, the explanation was that because it had a kitchen they prioritize rooms without kitchen, and no breakfast was available for purchase. You can walk to the bakery 3 blocks away. The town itself has a lot of dirt roads and a ton of friendly stray dogs and it can be intimidating at first to walk at night, but it was safe. There is no Uber and taxis were limited probably cause we arrived around NYE. Overall, a reasonable place for base camp while you explore.

Perfect location, walking distance from restaurants and entertainment venues in El Calafate, also close to the beach to see beautiful sunsets, clean and spacious rooms. I had problems with the next room every night. The hotel's wall allows you to hear very conversations, laughing, dragging baggage, and anything. I even knew that they were checked in around 10 PM and checked out around 5 AM from the noise. However, the room was very clean and the location is the best for going to the city center. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Before you make a booking, please compare the pros and cons.

A comfortable stay, quiet with easy walk into high street. The girls at tye reception were very friendly & helpfully
