Needs Renovations

As expected. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Upon check in, I (a 55 year old woman) was directed from the main to the back building, with heavy bags and packages, which I had to lug up filthy gross stairs to my room. The back building rooms has been renovated but it is an old ugly motel with paper thin walls. The wind was rattling my door all night and I was scared staying back there. Total sketchy vibes. The room was large and clean but outside of that it’s a dump. The main building looked much nicer but it’s not worth the risk of you are a single, older female traveler. There are better options in town.

Room was very clean and well appointed Staff very resposive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed 1 night on our way to Halifax and will not stay here again as the carpet in the rooms were dirty and stained, when we went to bed noticed ants climbing the night stand and walking the wall behind the beds. The hot tub wasn't working and the breakfast was very bland. Definitely not worth the price.

Air conditioning worked well We find duvet/quilt too hot so 2 blankets are better with the lowest temperature set. Shower bathtub with non slip mat is good.. Needs grap handles. Parking area needs repairs

This is an older BW but rooms are big and bed is super comfy. Quiet location. Friendly staff. About a 20 minute walk to the small Truro downtown core.

Staff was very very curious and efficient on check in. Facilities and room very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Mr. Jay Patel à la réception était très efficace et professionnel. Il veut s’assurer que tout aille bien. Il est vraiment accueillant. La chambre est spacieuse et les lits sont super confortables. Il y a un bon déjeuner. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

Check in was under 5 minutes, awesome. Did my laundry, they have soap and bounce. Room was very clean. All staff were friendly and well trained. I will stay here again. 5/5 from me.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. AC unit was a bit dated but worked well enough. Halls, elevator, and stairs were super hot. Staff was pleasant.

Overall a great place for the price. Comfortable bed, large room, two chairs ( that’s not always the case these days), so you don’t have sit on the bed. Bathroom was spotless and lots of towels. Breakfast was as expected and better than average for buffet. Staff were friendly and professional. I have stayed here before and it’s been refurbishing with significant up grade. Overall….Not fancy but well done.
