We’ve stayed here before in Winter. Very quiet. In July is was FULL. Only room left was a smoking room😩 which was not disclosed at booking, and some guys were fighting in parking lot. Too much alcohol. That is a risk everywhere.

Nice hotel. Very kind staff. Typically not a fan of outdoor access rooms but I felt safe here the way the property is designed and the attentive staff.

Have stayed here many times, never cease to be top notch. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is magnificent!

breakfast buffet was amazing! Much better than most hotels

This was a super convenient place to stay for us for a wedding we were attending and to walk to the casino! The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great!

Fortunately, I was alone on this trip for business, because my wife would not have stayed in this motel. She is a clean freak, and it would not have met her standards. I made due and showered twice per day. The location is nice, though, because it is conveniently located to the Oaklawn track/casino and Hot Springs Country Club.

What a great hotel. Location is great for those visiting the horse track, but this place excels when it comes to hospitality. Breakfast is served cafeteria style! The friendliness of the staff here is incomparable! I felt right at home.

It was so nice just text the office and they text bakc immediately and get what you need and it was so clean and no elevator waiting just walk out door and get in your car

The staff in the office and dining area were extremely kind and courteous. Such a warm welcoming atmosphere.

Not updated, small rooms and minimal necessities. If you book on Expedia or Travelocity, you get rooms in the farthest buildings facing the alley. Tight parking and doors are facing outside wallway. No elevators, 2 floors in each building. Much nicer locations on same street for same price. They dish up your breakfast plates cafeteria style. One plus, the biscuits and sausage gravy was awesome!

Our stay here was short but wonderful! We will definitely go back in the future. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was very friendly.
