The staff member who checked us in was not friendly. There was a loud motor running outside of our room. Our room was clean but could use updating. Breakfast options were nice but there were no employees to be found.

I was pleasantly surprised with comfort and cleanliness of the room. I will be staying again. And the breakfast was an added perk.

It was a nice hotel. We called ahead of booking it to see if they had a good working pool and they told us they did. But it was closed and under repair when we arrived. We were there almost 3 days before they finally opened it. Also, our shower had a broken pipe coming from the wall to the shower head and it sprayed all over ceiling and the rest of the bathroom when showering. They did fix it quickly though.

Accommodations ok. Shampoo dispensers don’t work. Blanket way too thin. Breakfast terrible. Wouldn't serve those eggs to my dog.

Enjoyed our stay.

The tables and air conditioning were dusty, and the microwave had an unpleasant odor. More seriously, the noise from outside came through clearly into the room. The employees were friendly and breakfast was quite nice, however.

This property was an older motel and not the updated hotel that I was accustomed to. The staff that I encountered were very nice. The rooms older but clean. Not many handicapped room options. Hot breakfast available, although hours not posted.

Room was clean and location is great. I was given a smoking room but was able to switch for a non smoking room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The young girl working the desk was not friendly at all spoke as little as possible all her answer consisted of one or two word answers.

Good value for their low price. Missing on my car navigation system and took me a while to locate. Nice budget facilities.

Very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. There was plenty to choose from and everything that the 3 of us had tasted great.

it was clean but they put us in a handicap room. I just hope someone did not need it. The girl who ck us in did not welcome us

Ive been to Lindale maybe 8 times over the past few years and the staff has always been friendly and has always made my stay comfortable. Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn are literally next door but I always end up staying at Best Western because I have always enjoyed my stay even when I have been in another city

The lobby wasn’t open and we had to speak to the front desk through a hole. It was just for 1 night. All good!

The first room we were given had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. It was a non-smoking room. The desk clerk gave us another room a couple door down that wasn't as bad but the smell was still noticeable. We will not be staying here again and will question other Best Westerns in the future.

It was not a bad stay. Not what I’m used to but they can’t all be fantastic I guess

Is name brand hotel 🏨. Very honor to the name, amazing place 🙌
