Other than the water temperature in the shower fluctuating from freezing cold to burning hot, it was a great stay. 🙂

Enjoyed our overnight stay with the convenience of a restaurant nearby. A clean, quiet room was appreciated.

The room was clean and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was incredible with a freshly made to order omelette as well as several other choices.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The breakfast was amazing with all the variety provided, they had fresh omelettes made to order, and other hot foods as well as cereal, toast etc.. and coffee! Marisa at the front desk was friendly and called housekeeping to get me soap for my bathroom when I noticed it was out. I was there two nights and housekeeping cleaned my room on the second day and changed the bedding. Overall, I would stay here again, it's a smaller hotel but cozy and has a good vibe to it!

Just all around great. Slept good which is my main priority

This is clearly a very old building but they have done a nice job giving it a face lift. Clean and nice sheets. Unfortunately my bed was broken, causing you to roll towards the middle. Since I was by myself and did not want to move rooms late at night, I just dealt with it while I was there and let the front desk staff know as well as left a note for the cleaners. I would be shocked if this was never mentioned before as it loudly creaked and gave out/shifted when you moved around in the bed, but since it’s not visibly broken, it’s not been fixed. Room 456. The bathtub is very old looking but decent pressure. The water bottles in the fridge was a really nice touch and so underrated! Much appreciated. Really great staff here too!! So kind and helpful and I caught one woman (older Asian lady) disinfecting door knobs and cleaning around the lobby many times which was nice to see! The breakfast was sub par. The omelette was bland with 1tbsp of cheese and cold veggies mixed in. Also a miserable older woman working in there which soured the experience. Overall I would go back again but inspect the bed right away at check in before I’m too exhausted to care later on.

The first thing noticed when arriving at the hotel were several (homeless? ) people in the parking lot. I know that this is a wide spread issue. The receptionist assured me that it was safe so we stayed. Dinner at the adjoining restaurant was disappointing in that my wife's dinner was forgotten. The shower did not work. The hot water valve would only turn with no result. Surly the cleaning staff should us hot water when cleaning the shower?. Breakfast was very good, with the omelet station a treat. I will not stay there again.

I had no shampoo in the room, desk clerk was cocking when I spoke with him. Lucky I had shampoo with me.

Easy parking, welcome reception and clean rooms great bed

I wouldn’t recommend staying during the summer months as the AC does not work. First room I got into was 27C, the second room was 24C. They did offer a portable AC unit which I took but it couldn’t keep up. Room only cooled to 23C after running all night. Maybe a good temperature for some but not me. Sink and tub drains were both mostly plugged. Hot water tap in the shower was too hot to touch after I completed my shower and had to use a facecloth to turn off. Pop machine on the fifth floor ate my money, but the front desk was good enough to provide what I was looking for from their stock. Otherwise room was clean and wifi was good. Will not stay again as there are other options in Terrace for around the same price.

Staff was helpful and friendly

The rooms are old and just been painted over. I had ripped curtains, pink peeling on the wall wasn’t the best room it wasn’t that great either but the breakfast was good. It’s one of the better breakfast I had for sure I missed out that is serving the breakfast were excellent and very helpful. I wouldn’t say it’s bad but I wouldn’t say it’s good either. And it has no shuttle service to the airport most best westerns I’ve stayed in always has that so it will cost you $40 from the airport to the best Western and another 40 to get back if you need to go back to next day
