Foot noise from room above

Love the breakfast, Fitness room, pool, jacuzzi and staff is excellent customer service

Decent hotel. Ok breakfast. Could use an upgrade with paper products and better towels.

Not the best part of town, carbon dioxide alarm went off middle of night , took battery out and still couldn’t stop it, so packed up to just leave early (it was 4 am). Told clerk at front desk about it….she didn’t seem too concerned said “we should have called someone”. “Breakfast was minimal ……very basic . Would not stay there again.

Smooth check in. Breakfast better and expected for "breakfast included" options.

Everything was great, Great Staff

You stay here because of the location and you need to sleep and shower. The walls are made of paper provides no sound proofing at all. You can hear next door breathing. Good luck if you want some sleep and your neighbors are alive. Not exaggerating at all. Otherwise it’s somewhat clean and tolerable to stay.

The room smells like they dumped chemicals and just left them not clean and smelled for 2 days.

Staff at the property are very nice and courteous. We stayed in the family suite which was spacious, lots of light and comfortable.

There were some guys outside who were smoking and making a lot of noise who were making our stay uncomfortable.

Friendly staff good parking and nice rooms

When a hotel puts sets of earplugs in the room, it’s usually a bad sign. Other guests, loud hvac unit cycling on and off all night; many working crews staying there who were up and moving/making noise very early. Room was clean; bathroom was good and newly updated; pillows were hard, foam slabs. Average overall.

Ac/heat unit a little loud, mattress too soft or worn out.

Management does not include blankets in the room. The bed has only a top-sheet and bed cover. Didn't discover this until after a shower on a chilly night.. Office staff was very polite - at midnight - and offered me a thin blanket. I asked for a second blanket and the desk clerk provided that as well.
