The place is run down.The beds are old and cleanliness is not up to par.

We found the price was right ! Staff friendly and accommodating. It should be mentioned in the ad there are a fridge in every room as not mentioned on hotel.com which was a surprise to us ! Quiet and comfortable stay ; happy with our choice of hotels. We would stay again .

Super friendly staff, nice sit down breakfast, could be 6-10 instead of 6-9, but made it work. We liked the hotel/motel style. You can park right outside your door and step out for a cigarette without walkind through the hotel

I couldn’t get the t.v.’s to work; it was late at night when i tried them … so didn’t do anything about it. Very clean , bed comfy, the hotel is a little outdated … but was fine for my needs. Would stay here again.

Check in was easy and fast. I love the lay out of the room. Even tho there were 2 beds one for each of us we had privacy from each other. Instead of bed right beside bed the bathroom was between us. We each had our own tv and own space. Beds were very comfortable and a wonderful menu for the free breakfast included. I will stay here again when I find the need to stay in Westlock.

I was unable to get the TV working in two different rooms. They gave us a discount, I suggested that their TV provider, SHAW, should not be paid.

Really good stay. Could use some more comfy beds. Best food nice staff of stay again.

A diesel pickup was next to my door and ran for half an hour. My room was full of fumes. It was terrible

Great quite place

There was a lot of traffic in the parking lot. It didn’t feel particularly safe at that times. Seemed like possible drug activity going on. Also a lot of slamming doors throughout the night.

Hotel needs a refresh. Great staff and restaurant staff was excellent.

All aspects were overall good for the price. In particular, the breakfast was of high quality and the staff were very friendly.

We had to change our original room … no soap .. lights not working - no maintenance man available … we changed runs anna ask was fine but was inconvenient. Pleasant gal at front desk . breakfast was great.

Older hotel, but well maintained. Very good staff. Pillows were a little too firm for my liking. Excellent breakfast with good choices. Cooked fresh and very tasty. Would recommend the hotel.
