Easy check in. Very clean room. Breakfast was good.

Pool was not operational that's why we booked here. Unapologetic and non chalant about it. Was clean and cheap.

Parking this time here was a little tough to get into due to all the big work pickup trucks . Parking is very limited when the hotel is full. But I like coming here so I can deal with it. The staff here is friendly and the place I good.

It served its purpose and the friendly staff made it a good experience. Nothing fancy for sure! Parking situation was pretty bad, as the only exit is onto a one-way road that takes you directly onto the interstate, so you must go one direction on the interstate until getting to an exit- inconvenient.

Hot tub wasn't working which my teenager had been looking forward to for our multinight stay. That is the only reason a gave a 3 star raiting for "property condition & facilities". Staff was friendly and courteous.

The staff were very friendly. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very thoroughly. When we were leaving we noticed there wasn’t any signs to tell you the direction the stairs were in.

I needed to change to larger room for one more guest and they accomidated me wonderfully. great place to stay.

The desk clerk was very friendly and efficient on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. On and off the freeway was very easy.

Room & common areas were nice, clean, smelled good etc. Hotel was quiet, parking was convenient. Breakfast was a bit lackluster, but not terrible. The key card system for the rooms was not working, so unfortunately the front desk staff had to escort us to our rooms and let us in each time which was s but inconvenient. But that was the only true downside.

The woman on the phone was very rude when I tried to cancel my reservation. There were wet and icy roads that caused a baseball tournament to be canceled. I learned about the cancelation within the 72 hour period and was given no consideration and no refund. She just kept saying " company policy, company policy" I will make it a point to not stay in a Days Inn in the future because of this treatment

Although I had not reserved it, she modified us to an accessible room when she saw me walking with a cane. Room wa surprisingly quiet despite being next to busy IH-35

Arrived to pubic hair in the tub and soap still on the wall. Night 2 I came back to as roach greeting me at the door, which I promptly killed and went to report. My last night there, I awoke to another roach crawling across me. That was the bottom line. When I took it down to the front desk, they acted like it wasn't a big deal. I got nothing but excuses and then blame placed on the CITY for "bad pipes". I demanded a partial refund for the inconveniences and got nothing but a smirk.

Had roaches in our room. Other than that everything was fine.

The lady at the front desk was really helpful, didn’t catch her name. The rooms were nice and clean!

Slow check-in late at night while front desk quoting room prices to people on the phone. Room 204 has a very bright floodlight outside pointed directly at the windo.
