Best buffet breakfast we have ever had!! We'll stocked with everything. Different options every day...as well as gluten free!! Always pool towels available! Very clean hotel

Was a great hotel in a great location…. Highly recommending staying here… and I will be back to stay whenever I return and plan on staying in Lethbridge again..

The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. The rooms were really clean also. My only complaint was that there seemed to be no ventilation in the pool area. The strong chlorine smell made my allergies really bad, but it could have been just me. My husband and son seemed fine. We didn't stay for breakfast but everything else was great.

It was a newer hotel with clean rooms, a bright clean lobby and an excellent complimentary breakfast with a start time of 6:30,

The hotel was great but underestimated how close to the freeway…very noisy!

This property was fantastic! We have been travelling a week and this place was the best we stayed at. The breakfast was first class, it was like a full service restaurant.

Clean room, very friendly staff

This was our first time at this Best Western and we did enjoy our quick stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast is a great option. The only reason I would not rate this experience as excellent is because of the security deposit amount of $250. The fact that our deposit was more than the rate our room is a bit excessive. And for that reason, we won’t be returning.
