The hotel was very noisy at night, with staff shouting and laughing in the hallways, making it difficult to sleep. Guests and staff frequently moved chairs, creating loud, disturbing noises both day and night. The toilets often smelled unpleasant. The TVs didn't display a clear picture. Some rooms lacked refrigerators, and the air conditioners actually blew hot air. I had to request a room change four times during my stay due to these issues. Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable and far below expectations. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves the facilities and staff behavior.

Truly classy and impressive service, from check-in to check-out, everything was fast, friendly, and totally done by all the personnel on duty. The room was clean, spacious, with full amenities. The towels were clean, not dull, not musty, and were always changed every day without being asked. The bathroom was clean, the water was smooth. There is a large supermarket around the hotel. Overall, it was extraordinary. Next time I go to Makassar again, I will definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was immediately greeted by a gladiator. The hotel has a unique design. I really like it.
