Such a nice stay here, the staff was amazing and very helpful during our out of country travels. Highly recommend!

The hotel was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip (we came for a wedding), the food at the hotel was very nice and so was the pool. However, the hotel was packed with families and quite noisy. I think it is a great place for families, but perhaps not if you want to go as a couple and have a relaxing time.

The air conditioning consistently stops working once it reaches 23 degrees. We have to repeatedly request for it to be turned on again. The breakfast is extremely disappointing, consisting only of processed products. The staff members do not speak English. There is a lack of soap provided. The pillows are of terrible quality. Our experience at this hotel was far from enjoyable. I have made multiple requests to leave without incurring a penalty (we booked 7 nights), but the manager's response was exceptionally rude. I strongly advise against staying here.

Air conditioning stopped working. It was 85 Fahrenheit or 29 Celsius. Preventive maintenance could have prevented this. No soap? No shampoo? The tv remote was provided at check in. The bed was hard as wood and never rotated so it was broken in towards the head. The pillows were hard memory foam. Nothing was enjoyable about this hotel other then the water pressure. Breakfast was absolutely pathetic. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere if you have western standards.

The views from the hotel are beautiful. We enjoyed using the 3 pools which were all really clean, there was also a lifeguard present for the whole time the pool is open(he also manned the little poolside shop which sold ice creams, drinks, sandwiches etc) All of the staff were so helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us.

The staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the spa and the panoramic pool. The breakfast however was really bad. The cakes were old and I opened three different containers of yogurt and all had mold.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. I picked it specifically because it offered rooms with King size beds, as I am quite tall. Unfortunately, the room i was placed in had two twin beds pushed together instead. I asked the staff to switch rooms and they graciously accommodated me, however the second room also had the same size bed - which I was later told is the biggest in the hotel. Other than that, the hotel was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic but standard for Europe/Italy.

Overall a decent stay however the comfort could’ve been improved as the bags and pillows or rather stiff and uncomfortable

We booked this to sleep for after the nearby Zoo safari. The Zoosafari closes at 4:30 and checkin for the hotel was at 4. They have discounts for the Zoosafari which we were too late to use. Pool requires a walk outside to access. Rest of the stay was excellent. Wifi was excellent.

the hotel swimming pool has no steps to get in and out so I could not use it. the restaurant is outside and down a set of stone steps. when checking the hotel I read that the hotel caters for people with disabilities on viewing the pictures it showed a ramp to get in so I thought it would be OK but I was obviously mistaken.

Everything correct, but the room was a little old and small. Breakfast was ok, but no variety for a long number of days

Dieses Hotel kann man nur für Besucher des Erlebnisparkes empfehlen. Es gibt sonst nichts in der Umgebung, für alles benötigt man ein Auto. Das Personal ist bemüht aber unser Aufenthalt war trotzdem furchtbar. Der Pool war gesperrt, was auf der Seite der Buchung nicht deklariert war. Die Matratzen waren unter aller Würde, ich musste mehrfach nachts aufstehen vor Schmerzen. Vermutlich sind sie so alt wie das Hotel. In unserem Zimmer waren Ameisen und es gab den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht einen unangenehmen Pfeifton. Der Spielplatz am Hotel reicht gerade für ein Kleinkind.Mein Kind wollte die ganze Zeit wieder heim. Das Frühstück ist ein schlechter Witz, es wird aus einmal Plastik Bechern getrunken und es gibt nur minderwertiges Essen. Einmal waren weder Wurst noch Käse am Buffet, nur Süßigkeiten. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass man 3,50€ extra dafür zahlen müsste. Der Kaffee war okay. Wir haben uns mehrfach beschwert aber es hat niemanden interessiert.
