Nice place with a good kitchenette. The gym is terrible though. One old treadmill and the lights are motion detected and go out after 10 minutes when on the machines. Dangerous when it goes dark.

The breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs, omlet, sausages, cereal, toast, coffee/tea, juice and yogurt. The person on staff was very pleasant and kept everything filled.

Loved that it was so close to the airport. It is in a great location and was very quiet and clean.

Such a great Hotel, Staff were terrific and a wonderful maintained property. Will be staying again. Breakfast was great, lots of parking and the rooms were very clean.

Floors are not very clean. But that seems the way most hotels are these days

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn't an issue for us but there is no conveniences nearby: no restaurants or fast food. Looks like there might be a Tim Hortons going up across the street. Nice to have the small lounge down on the main floor. My wife and I went to have a drink and watch the ball game but $$$! A domestic beer and 6 Oz glass of wine was $23 before tip.

Very handy location - you can walk to the airport!

Great hotel located close to airport and other venues. Friendly welcoming staff. Large spacious rooms and very clean. Fantastic breakfast to get you going in the morning. Ample parking. Highly recommend!

Very good breakfast, real scrambled eggs and very good bacon and sausage, along with waffles and yogurt toast etc, coffee was great as well! Clean rooms and well maintained.

Room was immaculate. Will stay here again.

Do not stay in room 415. Every morning at 6am you could smell pancakes and sausage/bacon cooking. I had asked for a quiet room, which it was, but the venting from the kitchen went right into the rooms heater/air conditioner.

There is no worry about this location five star plus

The good: Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool. Breakfast was very good for a buffet, and the staff working the breakfast area was a rockstar. The bad: The front desk clerk was disorganized and seemed unfamiliar with the system and couldn't figure out our booking until another staff member came to help. He was also noisily chewing gum during our interaction. We were put up on the 4th floor, and the vent valve of range hood was loose in the vent, and it was flapping and squeaking loudly all night with the wind. At first we thought someone down the hall was opening and closing their door repeatedly because of the volume of the noise, but it was actually the range vent. My parents were in the room next to ours and had the same issue with their vent. As a result, none of us had a restful sleep at all. We did bring this up at checkout.

Suite was larger than expected, clean and comfortable beds. Perfect

I had pre booked at this hotel for a pet friendly room. Several hours into our travels and 11:30pm we tried to check in, only to be told there were no pet friendly rooms available. Since we are traveling with pets I asked what they could suggest, only to be met with the same “we have no pet friendly rooms available and a shrug. When asked for a refund was told nothing they could do. Ended up having to find another hotel at 11:30pm with kids and pets after travelling all day, costing an additional $$$. VERY disappointed and unhappy.

Clean room great staff overall decent hotel

Stayed here for one night. It was a stop before heading over to Edmonton. Hotel was clean. We didn’t end up using the pool as we checked in late. The continental breakfast had great options for the kids. Opened nice and early at 6. Easy check in and check out process.
