Overall property was decent. Rooms were fairly clean (noted large amount of dust behind toilet). Showerhead had almost no pressure and should have been replaced. Beds quite uncomfortable but all sheets clean and lots of pillows per bed.

The room was good but the front-desk staff were incredibly bland. No greeting on check-in just asked for credit card and photo id. It’s hard to imagine that such hotel staff not have the common courtesy to even greet a guest. I have never ever experienced symuch a cold reception in any hotel. Best Western has a world-wide influence and these two people (male and female) at the front desk are sabotaging your good name

Room was clean with a lot of space. Friendly staff. Loved the coffee and water station available as we were there for sports. Hot breakfast was enjoyed as well.
