Liked the desk staff did not like the uncleanliness and lousy tv. Floors were filthy.

Both day and night reception were the friendliest and most accommodating men we have ever met in a hotel. The hotel itself is basic but met our needs. On check-in, a third towel was immediately brought to us for our granddaughter, without our having to ask. Fresh water was available on each floor.

Things were way better than expected. Had a great time here

Very spartan. The closet doors reminded me of sliding garage doors. The windows overlooked.... a hallway. The bathroom fixtures were old and hard to use, it was either a drip or a firemans hose pressure. But we where there on personal business and the location was just right. We found great restaurants nearby. Ultimately, the price was right for what we needed. It wasnt a dump, very clean just dated. The staff was very nice.

I have to get other hotel because they do not have my reservation

the hotel is some how hidden, we got at midnite, there we no much sign to easily see it. It is located very close to the nite life at dowtown

Can't complain really nice people and hotel I'll stay in again and will recommend to other guests

Realmente un gran lugar casi en el centro de Guadalajara .. es muy accesible y hay buenos restaurantes en las cercanias

Mala sorpresa al conocer el hotel físicamente. Descuidado en los detalles. Mala impresión en la recepción, porque está descuidada. El trato del personal muy amable y solícitos a los requerimientos. Es un lugar que tiene los espacios adecuados, que pueden mejorar dándole mayor mantenimiento. La televisión se ve la imagen de mala calidad. Si se cuidan los detalles, pueden ser más competitivos. Le hace falta una buena pintura a la fachada.

Buenísima atención! Las instalaciones viejas pero algo descuidadas, sobre todo el baño. El asiento del water mal y la coladera hedionda. Además era baño interior nada privado. Las sábanas estaban sucias y no tenía enchufes accesibles para conectar dispositivos. Buena ubicación pero calle poco iluminada de noche. Bien el WiFi

Lo que me gusto fue la hubicacion por estar cerca de mi destino. Lo que no me gusto fue que el baño olía algo mal y qué hay una entrada de aire en el baño que dejaba entrar mucho ruido de una construcción o taller de atrás En términos generales estuvo bien en referencia al costo
