The employees were well-trained. They greeted me and bowed as soon as I entered. I booked an executive room and it was fine, except for the strong cigarette smell. Luckily, I had perfume with me and sprayed it around. I suggest they spray Lysol after each guest checks out to prevent the rooms from smelling so strongly. The customer service was okay. I have a suggestion for the reception though. I ordered food for dinner, breakfast and lunch and paid the waiter when it was delivered to my room. However, every time I went out to buy something the reception would ask me to pay again. It was quite annoying. Do they not have a proper system in place? Honestly, the food was delicious. I would rate it 15 of 10 if I could. If there were another hotel nearby, I probably wouldn't book here again because the outside of the building looked dirty. I'm not being picky I simply want to provide constructive feedback to help improve the overall guest experience.

It turns out that this is an hour-time hotel, the hotel is clean but this is the hotel where people check in to Malal, even in rooms with bokep channels, gosh.

The wifi in this hotel is very slow, it's very hard to connect causing me problems with my reports that I am making.

The room is dirty, linen have stains. It's near mall.

I lost 1000 pesos during our stay in this hotel.

The service was great. Food was delivered on time and the staff were very friendly. The location was far from malls but there are food establishments near the hotel. Overall it was okey.
