No air in the room or little beasts. Your choice.

I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything. Parking on site was free. The staff was not overly friendly, but were cordial. That's the lone modest drawback, but still I give this hotel a 5/5.

A lovely stay. The hotel was perfect for our visit and the food in the restaurant was very good. Definitely recommend it!

Nice Clean Hotel in the city center. Shopping and site seeing (Churches and historical places) all within walking distance. High Tratras just a few minutes away by car.

A lovely hotel with helpful staff. The only drawback was intermittent wi fi in our room. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Modern large rooms, helpful staff, parking available in hotel, on a high streel close to restaurants and shops though note that a lot of restaurants r closed during dinner, but hotel restaurant is good so no issues what so ever.

Kényelmes, tágas, tiszta szobák, nagyon szépen feldíszített közös helyiségek. Segítőkész személyzet, akik minden kérésünket azonnal megoldottak. A reggeli változatos, bőséges. Ár érték arányban kiváló.

Buon Hotel ,pulito con confort. Il personale alla reception non è stato chiaro con le tariffe extra, facendoci erroneamente capire che fosse incluso nel prezzo. Wi- Fi non perfetto in camera.

Strange maze of corridors, 3rd floor room was extremely small and difficult to move around in. Windows were on ceiling, making it impossible to open and close them or even get the room adequately dark inside. Spa was nice, but hot-tub was only warm, not hot. Overpriced place, but lovely staff that highly trained and welcoming.
