Service and breakfast.

We loved this hotel!!! Excellent location, they upgraded us to a room with a terrace and a great view! We enjoyed watching the World Cup final with a wonderful sparkling wine in our own terrace. We will absolutely go back to the same hotel an highly recommended it!

It was clean, modern and the stuff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Hotel is conveniently located near the Last Supper.

The front staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved that there was an ice machine but would have liked glasses easily available. When we did ask the front for them we were easily able to get them. The room was comfy and clean. Easy to walk to the metro and the transportation system in Milan was very easy to navigate. Quiet street as well

We arrived at the hotel easily from close by metro station. As it was our honeymoon the hotel staff upgraded our room to the top floor with balcony which was greatly appreciated by both of us! The room and balcony were in great condition and facilities working great. The only sockets for use were on the table beneath the tv rather than next to the bed, also the air conditioning was on lowest it could be but the room was still very warm at night time due to high temperatures outside. The breakfast was lovely and a great selection on both days. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean but the amenities like lobby was not very interesting. The hotel looks like Coop. Didn’t get any breakfast experience.

It was very good location and price was good, It is a very basic room. Nothing fancy but clean. Only one set of towels included. Second set with a fee. Room AC was great.

The staff are amazing and very helpful, room was spotless and perfectly cool which saved my life in the heatwave! When you become a club member, you get 1 day breakfast for free which I should mention had a good variety of food items and included both hot and cold options. Location is also very convenient, 15-20 minutes walk to the most popular tourist destinations in Milan.

Easy Check in and Receptionist very helpful and informative. Room nice and clean and cool ( 35 degree C day ). Lovely area too with nice bars, cafe's and restaurants.

This hotel provided everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Milan. The location was good, nice restaurants and places to have a pastry or a drink within a few minute walk. The metro was very handy but you can walk to most sights in 20/30 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size (we booked a twin). The only downside was our room was at the lift and beside reception so could be very noisy at night. No fault of the hotel but the guests. They do have signs up requesting that you consider others. I’d recommend staying here and would stay again (requesting a room on a different floor away from the lift).

Great hotel! Very clean and kept up well. Staff was friendly during check in and helped with calling a taxi when I needed it. Breakfast was very basic though. Only warm items were scrambled eggs and bacon. Mostly offered pastries, which I am more of a savory breakfast person than sweets. The only other thing I didn’t like was the cleaning person knocking on everyone’s doors telling us that she plans to “clean the room later”. I was only here for 1 night and wished she didn’t wake us up to tell me that even though I was checking out that day. Otherwise, highly recommend.

The fridge was broken in my first room, and not working properly in the one to which I was moved. The energy saving light system is clumsy and difficult to use
