We have a pleasant stay at this hotel and the hotel is kid friendly.

Westin had the best customer service. I got 1:1 host contact through WeChat that answers all my questions. Another thing I love about this hotel is the number of swimming pools and rivers for paddleboard. 5/5 would come again

The Westin has a great pool including a boating “river” that runs through the property for a bit of paddling with you g children. The rooms are excellent. The staff is kid friendly. Located in a newer area of the island, walking distance from the duty free shipping and dining area.

Dated furniture and decor. Not convenient. All 9ver priced

Room was decent and got to stay on a relatively high floor. However when I booked through hotels.com, breakfast should be included but I was told that it's not when I checked in....

-Fast Check-In -Receptionist spoke English, which was a bonus -Nice to be upgraded from the 3rd floor to 8th floor

Comfortable & Luxury hotel venue in Haitang Bay next to CDFG Duty Free Complex. Room very spacious, clean & bright. Staff very friendly and speaking English. Delicious food (grilled seafood, sushi & shashimi, noodle bar etc) assured by the team of Chef Stefano from Italy. I have spent a very pleasant evening with the music entertaining from singers from Latin America. The hotel have direct access to the beach.

Very convenience. Just only few minutes walk to Haitang Tang Bay Mall.

订这家酒店的主要原因是离免税店最近，步行5分钟就到，非常方便。但是酒店设计一般，并没有5星级的感觉，唯一亮点是泳池河道设计，可以划船，很好玩。从从外部看的话，酒店设计是不错的，有点像鸟巢，晚上打上灯光非常漂亮，但内部设计就比较一般了。从订的豪华海景房，结果阳台望出去是工地和一大片停车场，往右边看才有海，体验非常不好，立马花了五百元升级房间。服务上来说，也需要改善，早餐时间经常没有盘子和被子，补充得很慢，厨师态度也不好，基本没什么服务，没有每桌的茶和咖啡。总结来说，服务上没有宾至如归的感觉，服务员不热情，没有达到5星级酒店的标准。

酒店地點偏遠，wifi比較慢。其他都滿意。

A bit far away from city, but it is good leisure hotel with nice beach and swimming pool.

Location very remote. Surrounded by many new hotel or mall building sites. If want to shop or dine outside hotel, it is costly To take taxi. Big Waves of the beach is not suitable or comfortable for swimming. Spa not yet opened when I stayed in early Dec 2013. Need to recommend me to Sheraton hotel nearby. All Staff are very nice and patient. On the whole Suitable for customer that likes quiet and rests.
