In the heart of the Old Medina 🤍, this Riad truly exceeded our expectations! The staff’s hospitality was incredible—Bilal went above and beyond to take care of my mother and me. He even checked in with other providers we weren’t familiar with to ensure our safety and comfort. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the Medina, the old city of Fes. The team was also wonderfully accommodating of my mom’s gluten-free allergies. If I return to Fes, I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at the Riad for providing such an authentic and caring Fes experience!

We really had trouble finding this place BUT once you do it is a ok place to stay. The service here is great which is it's saving grace. They definitely need to work on expanding the washrooms (too small) but if you want a Medina vibe this a place to stay but there are many others similar

Great place to stay. The host Achmed might be the best host I've ever had. Very sweet man and he made us feel like were home! Great food, perfect location. 10/10, would recommend anyone to stay here!

Disappointment. The breakfast and the dinner were too late, breakfast as of 9:30 and dinner around 20:00 or later. On our first day, the dinner was served at around 21:00, which was very late for our kids and for all of us who just arrived in Marocco. Before our trip and when we arrived, we asked specially to have the dinner at the time of iftar (which was around 18:30) and an early breakfast for Ramadan, because we thought thay they wake up any way like almost everyone in Marocco during Ramadan. This was categorically refused and the timing was not adapted for the only 4 clients of the riad during 3 nights. We couldn't fast because of this issue. There was no heating, it was really cold (begin march 2025). The bathroom was a disaster with a bad smell and the shower was full of water due to a poor evacuation. Also, the electrity was dangerous for children. The breakfast was poor and not really qualitative; everyday it was the same thing and we lost our morning because of late breakfast. The dinner was ok, but could be better taking the needs and demands of the customer into consideration. We thought we could see more hospitality, but unfortunately it was rather superficial. Dissappointed although we had many expectations.

Riad is ok, cleanliness not the best. The bathroom was broken and nobody came to fix it after our complaints. the rooms were very hot and lacking toilet paper. A bit difficult to find as well. We asked for an early breakfast (breakfast is served at 9) and they just gave us a couple of croissant without anything to drink. The positive parts Which justifies the 3 stars are the position in the middle of the Medina and the typical Riad architecture. In any case definitely too expensive for what we got.
