Great location, the pod coffee and fridge were great. Ringing the hotel was fine to gain access to the hotel. Need to ensure you pick the correct language on the check-in machine as there are no people there.

We found this place clean and a beautiful building. Check in might have been a little complicated but the first door was already open and a caretaker was inside. On entry to the hotel on the 2nd floor, a lovely staff member helped us with the check in machine. If we arrived at night or if no human was around, then it would certainly have been more complicated. The place overall was very nice.

Beautiful room ,super comfy bed, friendly staff. Very accommodating for leaving bags and getting us upon arrival.

Great B&B for a quick stop in the city. Close distance to the historic district, good dining option available around. Clean and well maintained, check in process was also easy, although there are no clerks and one needs to use a check-in machine to get keys.

I would not recommend staying at this property. VERY NOISY. Heard door buzzer and slamming of main front door all night. Residents above us sounded like they were rearranging their furniture at all hours. Alot of street noise. Got little to no sleep. No staff so communication to check in was very confusing.

Wouldn’t recommend, mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Lack of hot water. Be prepared only double beds no twins! There is only a virtual reception no one to help apart from a virtual cleaner. Not all light sockets work! Sink in bathroom blocked. Poor in decoration needs refresh!

Everything is in bad quality. Bathroom is outside the room. Equipment is old. Smell of the cleaning chemicals in the room. Breakfast is available in the cafeteria outside the hotel. Check-in with machine is unconvient and long. Feels like hostel, not hotel

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean and big room.

Check-in was difficult ( self serve ). Room was great. Quiet, walkable to sights and restaurants. Busses and metro are close and reliable.

The air conditioner didn’t work, I tried to contact the administration and never answered. It was also very noisy.

This hotel was safe, clean and unique. I thought there was parking on the premises but there wasn’t. We had to park in the public parking garage across the street. Check in took long because we got there after 15:00 and had to use a machine to self check in. All in all a great and clean hotel.

Such an easy check in process and beautiful place to stay. Area is amazing, central, and walkable as well.

We only got to stay for one day, but the property was PERFECT for exploring Valencia. Right Doyle , maybe a ten minute walk to the cathedral and market. The virtual check in would be tricky without directions, so make sure you communicate with the hotel to get directions for this. Simone was incredibly helpful and everything was easy.

Booking with this hotel was a terrible experience. My booking was on the 1st of November (2 days after the floods in Valencia that left over 200 deaths around the city). At that point Valencia was unreachable (all public transport was cancelled and the government had issued a ban to drive on roads of affected areas - basically most roads around and in to Valencia to allow space for emergency vehicles). I tried contacting the hotel to ask for a cancellation and reimbursement due to the extraordinary situation. I also contacted Hotels.com, who also attempted to contact the hotel. After numerous messages, I only got an answer 5 days later (4th of November), informing me that I should go through hotels.com. I did that, and they still refused to issue a refund. Completely unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional behaviour.

The check in machine wasn’t working properly and kept making noises all night long. Otherwise decent property what you expect for the price.

Excellent position for visiting all major attractions. We never saw Reception manned the whole time of our four night stay. Cleaning was only every other day and you needed to request it and coffee was not re stocked. On the day of our departure we asked if we could leave our luggage and this request was denied
