There was a small confusion regarding which rooms were dog friendly, but staff were very responsive and sorted out the situation efficiently.

I'm from America where there's a lot more craft beer AKA ipas. I would like to see more ipas everywhere in the UK. If I'm on holiday I want a nice IPA. Hazy ipas are definitely the new craze and we love them!. Suggestion

Receptionist was really lovely & very welcoming, place was clean, plenty towels & refreshments, waiting time at bar was very slow as place was really busy. But overall lovely stay

Spotless room, nice food, friendly helpfull staff. Only criticism there wasnt enough of them.

Rooms small and a bit dark but clean & tidy. Some issues with shower pressure in the morning. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Food & venue for celebration was great.

Overall, an okay stay. The hotel is clean and the check-in process was smooth. However, because it's an older building where my room was, the floors and bed are very creaky wheh moving around, and the windows let in a fair amount of noise from outside. Note for early travelers: breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, which was too late for my schedule. Might stay again.

Large clean room, Big comfy bed. Heating couldn’t be adjusted, so the room was freezing. And it was right above the bar, so pounding music until 11pm Food was excellent. Recommend the tomato & Basil soup
