The parking was secure. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, and you could get a bigger breakfast if you pay more. The view of the city from some of the rooms was very good.

It was in a great location with a good view! The rooms were clean and the service was awesome! The breakfast was delicious and everything was comfortable

Quiet area close to Centro.

Toilet had remains of feces when i checked in. Breakfast staff was rude when i asked about the refilling of meals. Food was just ok. Parking space is really small, so it fills up very often and you have to park outside in the street. Only reception staff was always kind and willing to help.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was helpful. Only drawback was the parking garage was small & difficult to maneuver in.

The weather was cold, but the room had no heat. The public areas of the hotel were also cold. The included breakfast was high quality and the service excellent. The front desk service was also excellent

The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, would stay again.

Do not be afraid of this 3 rating. If you are looking for an economical place to stay, this is it. The service personnel are on top of their job; willing to di what it takes to please. The hotel building is old, so certain things go along with that, but it is well maintained and the have been noticeable upgrades. The biggest downside, for me were the hard beds (seems all of them are hard). This hotel could easily charge more and be worth it.
