La alberca bien el jacuzzi lo quise usar le pregunté a un encargado me dijo ahí se prende le comenté no funciona es que apagaron la bomba dure 20 minutos esperando lo prendieran y nunca sucedió mejor me fui habitación Pero no todo es malo el restaurante excelente servicio de primera clase amabilidad súper y comida excelente

Fully stocked bar- with dirty ice trays. Water leaking everywhere, not level or secured. Beds were comfortable, but dirty hairy sheets. Shower was dirty. Toilet had a hard time flushing anything. Very noisy area with garbage trucks at 11-1am.

Everything was good. Only thing was the ac was asked for someone to come to make it cooler the came. "Resset" the ac but was still left at same temperature so was uncomfortable and not easy to sleep.

Very bad to begin with we arrived at 7 at night and the hotel did not have electricity and they do not have a light plan so they could give us the room we waited about an hour the light came we did the Check in we went to the room when I opened the door smelled horrible I went to the bathroom and it seemed that someone had made the bathroom before they gave us the room does not have ventilation the floor of both the bathroom and that of the room were stained with urine and semen or that I know the bed looked like they did not change the sheets there were stains there were stains and where one bathes cockroaches and full of mold I call reception I inform them what condition the room is and the only thing they told me was right now the bellboy goes we wait for a while the mar arrives grumpy and tells us that he is going to change the room simpler than two double beds because that is all they have unoccupied I check the room and it was

This hotel was cute, very clean, and the staff were very attractive

Great friendly staff, they could let us arrive earlier than check-in time. And no issues during stay. I deduct one star since frigo bar was not working and temperatures of 46° C is no bueno. Buffet was nice and not included

Wry nice hotel the staff were excellent and quick to respond. The rooms were clean and comfortable but or 1st night the AC didn’t work the electricity turned off a total of 6 times during our stay. Hotel staff explained it was the seniors in the rooms that don’t detect movement. All of our family that stayed in other rooms had the same issues. Over all our experience was nice. The food excellent!

The building and its areas are nice to the eye. Staff is always willing to help. Buffet is the best I've seen in town.
