Several things were a turn off. The property is outdated and the lobby rugs, furnishings not clean. The internet is shotty couldn't connect son's device or laptop. The housekeeper tried to help, the staff on duty just flaked us off several times. He didn't want to be bothered and stated internet was for cable only, no devices. Our neighbor had her tablet connected so we know that was just a way to get out if helping. I needed to stay an additional night was charged 2x what the price was online plus another $25 for our dog. After all this, we onky received $32.90 of the $50 deposit with no explanation from staff. He said ge couldn't see it in the system. We got screwed. It was the most boring 3 days with no internet ever. Not happy

Room had not been cleaned prior to our stay. Staff were hard to find No towels when we arrived except for one used wash cloth. When we asked for clean towels the office staff simply stated they had none. Pool hadnt been maintained in quite some time. Everything in the entertainment area was coin operated or didnt work at all. No theatre. TV barely worked. There was an unmentioned previous to arrival $50 hold placed on card for the room on top of original agreed to price. Or $100 cash. I had a card. Over abundance of warning signs about property damage smoking and pets. Even tho almost every other room had a dog in it.

There was what appeared to be old food stains on the sink vanity, television didn’t work. The metal bed frame squeaks every time you move and sheets had stains on them.

Too far from the airport and breakfast was basic. Safe area, however.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The lobby pictured in the listing is nowhere to be found -don’t be fooled. I’m not picky & expected a budget motel, but the 1st room had only dangerously hot water at both the sink and shower, so we requested to be moved. There was shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower and 2 tiny bars of soap. As we are a family of 4, I grabbed 1 extra towel from that room. got to the 2nd room and it only had 2 towels, no soap, only 4 tiny bottles of shampoo on the counter, plus shampoo/conditioner and lotion (why?) in the shower. Neither room has hand towels and the TV did not work because of a cable outage. Both rooms had the latch area of the bathroom door carved out so the door barely caught, let alone locked. The chair upholstery was dirty, the bed spread on one bed was stained and the floor and baseboards were dirty. The person at reception was nice and tried their best, but I also had long delays with check in, despite having completed pre check-in on my phone- including uploading my driver’s license and credit card because they were on hold with the cable company. Definitely do not recommend.

They had huge roaches in the room and mildew

The pool was horrifying to see. Literal green water that looked like a pond. Rooms stunk and they clearly didn’t change the bedding.

Didn't even stay checked in and then left

Not good the man at the front came into our room without knocking luckily we had the extra locked locked and he wasn't able to get all the way in

The only good thing about this motel was the front desk guy was nice. Otherwise this hotel was filthy!

Travelling from Canada to Kansas and back. Celebration of Life event every day. Stayed here due to stress and now have Relief! Thank you for renovating Old Red Coach!

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this place. From the moment we checked in, it was clear this hotel does not match the pictures online. The property is run-down, outdated, and in serious need of maintenance. Our room was dirty—floors and counters had visible grime, the bathroom hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, and there was a lingering musty odor. It felt like it hadn’t been properly sanitized in quite some time. Our room was booked as double queen, it was a double full. When asked they offered an upgrade to a single king and $40 night. We had three in our group so obviously that wouldn’t work. The. They just stopped helping. The pool was filthy and freezing cold. The water was murky, and there was debris floating in it. Definitely not something you’d want yourself or your kids swimming in. Breakfast was a joke. If you’re hoping for a decent morning meal even a continental breakfast, plan to go elsewhere. What’s most frustrating is that the photos online are completely misleading. Nothing about this hotel matches what’s advertised. It looks like those pictures were taken years ago or at a completely different location. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. Spend a little more and stay somewhere that delivers on its promises.

Overall, facilities were below average. "Hot breakfast" was make your own waffles/toast/cereal with water or coffee. Very meager. Below expectations, even for this category of motel. After one night of our 2-night stay, housekeeping apparently thought we had checked out. Our suitcase was found in the room, some of our belongings were turned in to the front desk, the rest was just taken and I don't expect to ever see them again. Hotel management apologized, but has not offered and recompense or compensation.

The price is good and there were no problems. The property could use some repairs but that did not infringe on the overall one night stay.

The hotel could use a deep clean. The baseboards were filthy from years of not being cleaned. The towels were thread-bare, you could actually see thru them. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not straightened up once. The complimentary breakfast was just coffee, waffles and sometimes boiled eggs. No muffins or oatmeal or juice.

It was kind of a sketchy motel. The one employee thar was there was nice and helpful but don't take kids

It was far from satisfactory. The manager was kind and appropriate, but the facility was very disappointing for a Wyndham property. I am expecting a full refund. There was a burned out section visible, rust in the bathroom, stains on the bedspread, tv would not turn on, door to the motel office was difficult to open and way to heavy, sidewalks and perimeter were very disheveled.

We have stayed here multiple times as a family and have never had any issues. Everything is clean, some minor repairs in the bathroom would be beneficial, they have Dove hair and body products to use in their shower, the pillows and linens are comfy. The staff was friendly and always available.
