overall comfortable, the room is clean, but the towels smell really musty, a little itchy, other than that it's okay, the only downside is the TV is not a smart TV so it's a bit slow, can't watch Netflix chill

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good, and the room service is very friendly. When I first arrived, close to Eid, it was still quiet, perhaps due to the large number of people returning home. The room was tidy and not stuffy, with cool air conditioning, and the hot water took a while to warm up. Close to Ciwalk, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Just a few notes: the bathroom is slippery when wet. If you'd like, replace the towels with new ones, as the white color has faded and they don't smell good.

The room wasn't soundproof, and I happened to be staying with a tour group, making noise from running around, and the door being banged on by the tour group kids. A complaint was made to the front desk and they were followed up immediately.

The hotel is clean, but the AC isn't cold. So at night, it's colder outside than inside the room.

This hotel is on Jalan Cihampelas which turns out to have a lot of souvenir shops. So just walk near the hotel. The room for me was clean, the bathroom was also clean. Some people gave the impression of hard towels, which is true, but it's okay, the price is also appropriate, but no hard ones anyway, it's just not very soft, if I like it too soft it doesn't absorb water, better hard ones are suitable for UMK workers like me. In the hotel lobby there are tables and chairs, so I can work in the lobby. Overall I like it, because finding a hotel with twin beds for the price of 300 is a bit difficult to find in that area, most of them are double beds. The hotel is also close to Alfa and Indomart, a morning walk and I'll be at Pasopati Bridge.

It's not really soundproof, but so far it's great on weekdays if you have work in the city. The price and features are amazing, I really like it. The toilet is really good, like a 4-star. The hot water always works during my stay here, unlike the other ones 😀
