Food at this resort is very bad. Not a single bar or restaurant on the property has good food or good service. Considering that this resort is remote the quality of food becomes essential. Cleaning staff and spa services are outstanding. Concierge could be more helpful.

Saccharum Hotel Resort & Spa is a perfect blend of luxury, calm, and thoughtful design. The ocean views are stunning, the rooms are spacious and beautifully finished, and the infinity pools and spa are incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and the service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive. A truly memorable stay — I would absolutely return.

Loved! Hotel was amazing! Staff were fantastic. We ate at hotel restaurant on the roof top, and the food was fantastic as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

Wow, the hotel was absolutely amazing—the food, the common areas, and the service were all top-notch! But, oh no, our car got scratched in the hotel parking lot, and it’s a real bummer. We tried to get help, but it seemed like no one could figure out what to do. They said the cameras weren’t focused on our car, which is a bit frustrating.

Check in (which I had already done online) was frosty. We were early so reception said they would take our bags and have them delivered to the room when it was ready at 2pm. Went to the room about 2.30 and no bags. Reception frosty when we asked for our bags. Oh, and then the tussle for a couple of glasses of chilled white wine at their Trapiche restaurant. Sent them back as warm white wine (served in plastic glasses btw, this is supposed to be a great dining experience). Came back with also warm white wine. Sent back again, I said I'd pay for our water but not the wine and wanted to leave. She came back saying it wasn't chilled as was in the plastic glasses and gave us proper glasses, showing us a chilled bottle of wine. Much better (still not super chill). Then when the bill came she tried to charge us 8 EUR a glass not 7 advertised, then said that it was because she had given us a different wine (which we had not asked for and btw only one white wine by the glass). JUST SERVE CHILLED WHITE WINE. Other than that; breakfasts very very good with plenty of choice. Overall the hotel is way too dark. Ocean room fine but not lush, not enough plugs.

Only drawback would be for

A truly beautiful resort in a picturesque location. The resort was clean, the staff were attentive, welcoming and polite. We were in awe every day walking around the beautiful property. Planning our return already...

Beautiful hotel. Luxury room, very clean. Pools were great. Breakfast was delicious. And dinner was too. One thing I will say is for the price you pay, the sauna should be included.

The front desk staff were great! Restaurant staff near the pool and the rooftop were not friendly.
