This is the first time I came to Thailand for work so I found a hotel near the airport for convenience, the hotel is more than 30km from Banthat thong road (considered the hottest road today with many delicious dishes), my personal experience is that the room is just enough for sleeping, the room is small and stuffy, there is shower gel and shampoo, no toothbrush, no disposable toothpaste, the wifi is extremely weak, the road here is a bit deep and there are no amenities around. After I checked out, I went to the hotel restaurant to have breakfast and I discovered that I had left my gold ring on the table, I contacted the receptionist for support but she didn't care and called housekeeping to tell me to check it myself but when I got to the room, valuable things like gold and money (I intentionally left a few coins) were gone, only the toothbrush that I left behind had not been cleaned, the valuable things were taken away. I went down to ask the receptionist for support but her attitude was indifferent and uninterested. very very bad attitude, I don't understand why working in the service industry can have such a bad attitude, while doing makeup, pointing upstairs and telling the customer to go to the room to check and kept saying "NO NO" when I tried to explain to her and needed her help. Of course no one is responsible, and of course I have to pay the price for my absent-mindedness, I believe in karma and greedy people with dishonest personalities will not have good results. Ending the journey here, maybe I will not return to Thailand or if I do return, of course I will not support this hotel again. This is my personal experience and I want to share this incident for your reference, take good care of valuables because the hotel will not care about you.
