Bed was terrible. Room temp was cold despite A/C adjustment for the first night. Somehow second night was ok.

Even though we got the suite, which was a very nice size with fireplace Jacuzzi tub and king size bed, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and the refrigerator did not work at all. The gym was well equipped. Also, the restaurant staff were were very lackadaisical. We ended up eating at a donor kabob within walking distance and had a lovely meal.

Good place if you happen to be in the area.

Checked in at 14:00 but towels arrived at 17:00. Spa staff refused the spa discount given by Hotels.com. I had to spent a lot of effort to convince them about given discount.

I booked a room for my family with two beds, but upon check-in, we were given a room with one bed and a sofa. When I brought this up with the staff, they acknowledged they had rooms with two beds but only gave us bed sheets for the sofa instead of moving us to the correct room. This was not what we had reserved, and it was frustrating to deal with. Our reservation also included breakfast, but I would not recommend anyone eat there. The breakfast was very disappointing – the bread was old, and the overall food quality was poor. Even though I had similar dishes in Istanbul during my trip, the breakfast at this hotel was far below expectations. The service was terrible as well, which made the experience even worse. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a good, comfortable stay.

Ver good.reception staff very pleasant and respectful. The only thing I had remarks on is the gym.the equipment needs attention and fittings are lose.

A perfect hotel in my opinion. In a great location, easy parking, spacious and clean rooms, excellent service.

It is a good hotel. The staff are very friendly and know their job well. It location is a problem. You need to have a car to go around. Far away from the city center. The room is very clean, but the internet unfortunately is very bad. I had to use the hotspot in my phone to send an email. Spa runs by an independant company. The changing room is awful and the towel I got was peeling off from the edges. Merlot was cheaper and far better.

Ac did not work at all in room that I was assigned . Eventually I got a room change but it took too much time & effort on my part !! Otherwise, it was a good experience & for the price a great value
