Dependable ; welcoming, comfortable bed. BUT room small and parking both difficult and expensive. However a pleasant stay overall

The location of the hotel it's really good, but other than that I can say much good. The room was dated and the noise isolation of the windows inexistent, with bars playing music until 3am.

Staff behave like in 3 *** small hotel. “I don’t know” is a main answer to majority of the questions:)

Excellent hotel with prime location

The room was as expected being a Mecure we upgraded to a Privilege room which was modern but small, also someone had been smoking in the room that you could smell it, nobody was on the bar and very small bar in lobby so did not use, breakfast was of a very disappointing standard even though they did have hot food.

Nice hotel. Close to everything. Parking available. Air conditioned rooms.

2 wonderful days in Trouville at Mercure.. which is as always perfect. Just a little expensive but.. the prestations are wonderful so it's worth to stay there despite the cost.

Amazing spot, great views, friendly staff, booked a triple room which was huge for what I was expecting. Thank you!

Room small otherwise in good location

Nice size room, lovely big wet room. Staff very helpful and in a great location with parking opposite. Would definitely stay again if we were in that area.

Hotel is generally ok but doesn't meet the level of four star. A rating of 3 is more adequate

nice location . However the room was not good enough so we had the possibility to upgrade it and the staff was helpful

Good location for exploring. Right near the ocean, cool, misty day and no one sun tanning. Very large beautiful beach but too cold at the end of August. Breakfast was quite good but don't be late. Room a good size for Europe, modern decor and brand new bathroom. Casino right aross the street, beautiful architecture but we never went in. At least a dozen restaurants are within 2 blocks and I got a good haircut just aroud the corner.

Pour un 4 etoiles, je trouve que le carrelage de la douche joins salle, moisissure dans la douche. Miroir grossissant tres mal placé aucun interet. Pas de ptit bonnet pour la douche, Jai fait la grace matinée, je me suis fait presque engueulé parce que lheure de la femme de menage etait arrivee a echeance, Douche bouchée.
