Was staying here as transit hotel while waiting nite train to lao cai. Located 50 m from Hanoi train station and really convenient. The hotel is clean and the receptionist also friendly.

The room is clean, quite close to the center so it is convenient to travel. However, not satisfied with the breakfast restaurant, guests are having breakfast but the staff is still cleaning the floor, and using bad words. Small suggestion please

Towels and room are too dirty, not commensurate with the price of the room

Although the hotel is 3 stars, I feel very satisfied, clean, the staff are polite, enthusiastic, the breakfast is very hearty, if I have the chance I will visit the hotel again, you should book a room at mango
