The apartment is quite dated. The furniture is old & a bit shabby. Whilst there were just 2 of us we would have liked to have our son & his wife for dinner but there were only 3 plates! 3 odd wine glasses. Odd coffee mugs. No cooking utensils to use the oven. No complimentary tea coffee milk on arrival. One watcher of dishwashing detergent for 5 days. Good location but needs a complete overhaul.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The property was well located, being close to the beach and relatively close to the shops. Our host was friendly and helpful and approachable.

Lovely property by the beach. Well priced and has a carpark if that’s something you need. I particularly enjoyed the spa. Thanks for having me.

Great, only a short walk to restaurants and clubs. Beach access just across the road. Eric was on the counter when we checked in, He was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great stay.

I feel we should get a credit for something? We’re 70 years old ,2 TV sets both didn’t work,got 1 channel all week. That was really disappointing there ,management useless with this from day 1. Place was other wise 5star for price. Cleaners need a kick in the bum !

Location to beach was great however construction noise in and around hotel was very bad. Room was okay however small, dark and dated.

Stayed for 2 weeks. It was very well located. Close to shops and beach. It's pool was a great extra. Having a car space was a big plus. Management was very helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and well maintained. Very spacious and kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor area was always spotless, as was the pool/ spa area. Pool was perfect temperature as was the spa.

Pros: The location of this apartment could not be better - 1-minute walk to Burleigh Beach and right across the road, there's an excellent cafe. You can find plenty of Lime bikes on the street to ride down to Burleigh Heads, where all the shops and restaurants are. Property managers are helpful and very friendly. Eric and Nikki are always so happy to help their guests. The apartment is spacious for 2 people. Cons: - As of March 2026, the light rail construction on Gold Coast Hwy is still on. Bring earplugs as it might get a bit noisy at night depending on whether your apartment is facing or closer to Gold Coast Hwy. They do carry out construction work during the week nights too. - The apartment is a bit dated (nothing wrong with that) but everything inside works well, including full-equipped kitchen (remember to bring your own spices and kitchen paper towels if cooking). - Somehow the apartment we had wasn't quite clean. The floor was dusty/sandy. We asked for a clean mop so we could give the floor a good mop. After sitting on the couch, we got itchy skin. We asked for an extra flat sheet to cover the couch so we were able to use the couch. We also got 1 or 2 cockroaches inside so asked the property manager for a bottle of insect spray. The balcony was dusty. I feel the cleaner probably only did a bare minimum clean after each check out. Even with the cons, I would still recommend this property to others, especially when you want a self-contained apartment.

The room needed a good clean we still had previous guests toenails in bathroom and on the carpets. The kitchen sink is dirty, oven, hotplate and range hood covered in fat and the filters are missing from the rangehood. All the crockery and cultery don't match and were dirty. There was mould on the blinds, curtains, skirting boards and in the bathroom.We could see that the place had been freshly painted and they have tried to bring it back to a 4 star but the neglect of replacing the furniture and light fitting (which are rusted) are really what was needed as well. I think personally that they need to bring in a professional cleaning to bring it up to scratch. They should let guessed know before they stay that there is construction work going on outside the building as we found it hard to sleep with the noise. The staff were nice and helpful .t was just the state of the unit.

Clean and comfortable with all amenities you need, including washing machine and dryer apartment was a good size and only one block from the beach. There is tram works going on outside our window but the room was discounted and it wasn’t too noisy. Great cafes also right across the street.

Great location, great apartment & amenities. Had everything needed in the apartment washing machine, dryer, stove, dishwasher, hairdryer. Lovely staff as well.

My parents had a lovely stay. The manager was very professional and the apartment was very clean however the couch could most certainly do with an update. The pool was warm and the location was perfect. They would stay again.

Kitchen was good. But hood fan did not work Water to dishwasher was turned off so took a bit of a struggle to figure it out. Bathroom and bedroom very dusty Had to buy allergy medication There was dust on the walls and ceiling Bathroom fan was covered in dust

Great location, close to the beach and within walking distance of heaps of shops, cafes, pubs, etc. Rooms are clean and tidy, and has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again :)

The property was well situated to visit the beach and amenities. However there are major road works outside the apartments with noisy work continuing throughout the night. The roadworks also create major diversions for pedestrians
