It's quiet place to stay, in short walking distance to the South Bank Parkland, and the convention and exhibition center in CBD, in case you may have any meeting there. Train station is also nearby, which is convenient. The reception was nice and helpful! I did not use the car park, but I saw it is available and hope it is free if you may come with your (rented) car. Room was tidy and well furnished, not spacious, but ok for basic everyday needs. (i would hope the dish washing soap packs could be provided for the use of dish-washing machine too, but the dish wash liquid is available.) The view from higher floor was just fine, and you may not take much advantage of it unless you stay in the room whole day. I like the free internet access included in the room charge, though I hope the room rate could be less expensive. A good thing is that you can have breakfast just next door in a small restaurant, if you are in a hurry and no time to prepare your own. (Coles super market is a bit farther to the other side of river bank. it's nice walking on the bridge to Coles if you want to buy things for cooking, 15 mins of walk for me. the streets would be a bit deserted if you walk at night time to the suites). Overall, it's a very good place when I stayed there. Would recommend if your budget is not so tight.
