Great motel to suit a family - we enjoyed our stay here but our main complaint is the noisy neighbour above our unit who was dragging furniture and making noise until 1am (multiple nights) so I’d suggest booking a first floor room to avoid this. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked nice and the reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful (we chose to only get our room made up once but asked for extra towels and toilet paper

Really good stay, will stay again if available on our next NRLW trip.

We had an excellent room with all facilities including washing machine and full kitchen. Beds were most comfortable.

Quiet Clean-living and superb service

Good location. No issues at all except bridge/road works, daytime only. Certainly no fault of Cascade Motel. There on a Monday night, was quiet. Cleaning and reception staff friendly. Thanks everyone at Cascade Motel

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom family unit. It was clean spacious and so affordable. Jeff on reception was lovely and approachable. We will definitely be back.

Run by locals and absolutely seamless experience. Although an older motel, it is perfect. Rooms are clean with easy access. Late check in was no problem and was able to extend my stay with ease! I will be checking Cascade first when I plan my next trip to Townsville! Loved that older style where your vehicle is parked right outside your door. Highly recommend this place if available.

This motel offers spacious apartment style rooms with everything you will need at an affordable price. The swimming pool is inviting, and the private courtyard was an especially lovely surprise.

Much better than we expected, had thought we were booking into a cheap little stopover, but really well presented, spacious, clean and easy check in. nice pool (albeit with the sound of the road just a few metres away 😂) All round though, loved it.

Clean quite place

Room was good, plenty of room and had everything we needed.Cleaners didn’t clean our room each day which was disappointing as they were meant to and pool needed a clean when we went for a swim. Would stay there again.
