The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The location was central to everything (walking). Overall, exceptional stay!

Very nice, historic, classical Dublin Hotel. Location is perfect, so close to all the shops and restaurants without being in the noisy areas. Smaller rooms but that’s to be expected with the building’s historic footprint. Very nice staff

The location was perfect for us and the staff members were so friendly and helpful. Great restaurants in the area within walking distance. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the accommodations so much, we changed our hotel reservations after a 5 day tour in the country, to return to The Buswell for our final 2 days.

We had a wonderful stay. It’s perfectly located near Grafton Street with tons of shopping, restaurants, and pubs within a short walk. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bartender and bellman gave us fantastic recommendations including a short pub crawl that ended at a nearby pub with traditional Irish music which was a highlight of our trip. It’s a gem of a hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Room was a bit small but I realize it’s typical for the UK. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location. Very close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Accommodations were good, bed was extremely comfortable. Food was also good and free breakfast was wonderful.
