My family and I recently stayed at this motel for a 2 week vacation and WOW it was amazing 🤩 The rooms were tidy, well-kept and comfortable with air conditioning. The other stand-outs were the friendly staff and caretakers who had the most welcoming smiles and attitudes. The pool was clean, spacious and the pool side accommodation was relaxing and enjoyable. This motel is conveniently located nearby amazing places for family fun or sightseeing. We paid fair affordable prices and we will be recommending this motel to our friends and family. Thank you! 😊

I stayed at Coastal Bay Motel for three weeks for work and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. Margaret and Heath are amazing hosts — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything, while still giving you plenty of space. They really go above and beyond to make sure guests feel looked after, and it shows in every detail. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well set up for a longer stay. The motel is quiet, well maintained, and in a great location, making it easy to relax after a long day. After three weeks, it truly felt like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend coastal Bay Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay with outstanding hosts.

We booked the deluxe standard room which means that it was one of the rooms that had been renovated. It was quite small but had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. Comfortable beds, very clean and a wonderful check in experience. The additional of the toaster made our very early morning departure much more pleasant. Would not hesitate to stay again to break up a long drive.

Coastal bay motel in Coffs Harbour is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are welcoming and warm. We have stayed there many times and would go back again and again. Location is amazing close to Park beach and surrounding restaurants and shopping centre only a short distance away. Highly recommend.

The staff who allowed me in early was very helpful. Very friendly. Price of the room was great $130. Was given good advice on where to go for dinner. Just a short walk up to the pub. WiFi worked well. The beds and the unit where clean. Work being done on the place. Recommend this Motel
