Room spotless, welcoming staff, good location and pool perfect for a very hot afternoon

The room was spacious and nicely organised, with a lovely view over the park. the place was spotless and I appreciated the environmental conscientiousness. It would have been good to have had power points near the bed for phone charging, chocolate as a beverage option, and more than channel 9 to view on the free to air tv. ABC and SBS would have been good. Otherwise the staff were very courteous and it was good value for money

If you want to sleep forget it. As soon as housekeeping started we got to be part of every conversation, trolleys and yelling. Awesome.

Clean, but very dated.

I usually enjoy my stay at this hotel however upon arrival I found a large dead cockroach in my room, thankfully I was moved to another room. I personally think overpriced for quality of room.

The management of this hotel is rude, unpleasant, and, actually, unhospitable. Even though i had notified them through Hotels.com at 1030 pm, the office was closed when i got there and hotels.com's virtual assistant was of no help whatsoever. I had a place to sleep that night only because of the kndness of a stranger Who happened to come by the railroad station and saw me standing there shortly after i arrived by train from Melbourne.parkview is a dump and hotels.com failed when needed .them. Everything was great

Easy check in. Room, although dated, was as expected. Provided enough space for a family of 3. Swimming pool was nice to enjoy after a long drive.

Our stay at Parkview was excellent. Room was quiet, spotless with pleasant park outlook. Small kitchenette was great with utensils and crockery for breakfast or a meal. A real sink with cleaning supplies was useful for two night stay. Parkview is very close to city area and walking distance to most eateries and shops. Our short stay in Wangaratta at Parkview was excellent.

Close to the centre of town and local facilities. Easy access to railway station. Has a pleasant park next to it. Staff are very polite, friendly and courteous.

I was charged twice for my room. Despite numerous requests for the second charge to be reversed and promises to call me to refund the payment, nearly a week later I am still owed $126.

Our room was spacious, the bathroom looked to be new, plenty of storage space, clean as a whistle and the bed was comfortable. Just to top it off there was an excellent restaurant just across the road. Would happily stay again next time we're in Wang.
