The studio apartment was certainly comfortable enough for two. Plenty of cooking implements if you want to cooking your own meals. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Free laundry facilities! Would stay again.

All good. We had a one bedroom apartment with a washing machine which was handy and well appointed kitchen. Comfortable and regular room service. Suited us perfectly. Car parking can be busy but we managed.

The room was with out a garden and very shadow. The foto you showed on you booking page looks very different.

Large 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen & washer & dryer was perfect for our stay. Location in Alice is okay & there was secure parking. Unfortunately Alice is not always the safest location to stay but we did feel safe

Very well equipped apartment, especially liked having washer and dryer in room. Needs a few more kitchen tools, like paring knife, etc. Two knives were provided but were too large and not sharp. Providing items like salt and pepper would be appreciated. Parking lot was crowded, difficult to maneuver, and pool is too small and not very nice - filter is not run continuously so debris floating on top of water was a problem.

Hotel badly needs an update. Stained carpets, sad furniture, kind of depressing. Staff was helpful

Need dish drainer and more cutlery

Our room was small and basic. Just a small thing but there was nowhere to drain dishes after washing.

Our Quest apartment was very clean and had all we needed. It was a good base to explore this amazing area.

Being upstairs is really awkward for people with health issues. There is no lift. The receptionist offered to assist with our luggage. They definitely need a lift.
