We were very last minute booking and the hosts were very accommodating

The room had a great view and was amazing value. They also let us have the room early which was great.

Property well positioned and walkable to town - with reasonable fitness level. Our room had a great view and good amenities. Outdoor lighting to back steps/ rooms needs attention.

Thank you, Vishal, for the excellent customer service. This Motel comes highly recommended, truly top notch service. From the balcony, you can enjoy a scenic , stunning views of the Queenstown mountains, clouds, lakeview and Gondola. I’d love to stay here again on my next visit

Mouldy, damp and unclean unit

Overpriced. Old motel with a coat of paint. Glasses in same cupboard with rubbish bin. One rail for towels for 4. One bed beside ranch slider entry. Poor quality and huge price for substandard property. Not nice for overseas visitors.

It met our needs in the way of cleanliness and the kitchenette was very handy.

It didnt seem to match the review rating. The first morning the water went cold in the shower and only one of the party was able to shower. The table was unstable and was bending at a connection point on the middle stem which also provided a finger nipping point for my 3 year old. The door locks from the ohtside when you close it, but theres no latch on the inside to stop your child opening it and going outside.

Everything you could need and close to the town centre.

The motel was amazing. Had a lovely lake view (for a very reasonable price) and - at the time of writing - free washing machines, which were much appreciated! (You do have to pay $2 for the dryer though) Staff were friendly and helpful and it was only a short walk to town, with ample parking to leave our car.
