Quest Palmerston is an amazing place to stay (especially if you have a dog). The rooms are immaculately clean, the staff are wonderful and very helpful and the location is close to everything you could possibly need in walking distance. The stand out is the level of care the staff give their guests. Not only was I able to extend multiple times and requested late check out, nothing was a problem for them. Oh and the room attendants keep everything super clean and comfortable for the duration of your stay. Would completely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for value and customer care.

Clean rooms and balcony

Greated respectively and courteously when i arrived. Staff member couldn't have been any more helpful. All staff were friendly during the stay. The room was perfect self contained and clean and roomy. Would stay again on next visit.

The shower could have been cleaner, but the rooms were overall nice, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Super comfortable bed. A large livable style apartment complete with all the necessary appliances. Optional daily or as you require room make up.. Bus interchange next door.

This property is definitely value for money. Rooms contain everything you need. Shops are directly across the road. It contains a high level of security. Will stay there again.

I liked the value for money in regard to the room and how clean it was. I didn’t like how people were sleeping and standing around out the front next to the cars in the car park.

I didn't realise I would be staying 25km from Darwin city, I had to hire a car so as not to be so remote. Staff were efficient & helpful, the hotel was clean & the free laundry was helpful. The internet worked well & was free. No breakfast options were difficult, as you either walked-drove to another hotel or shopping centre. The venue was tired.

Surrounding area is very noisy at all hours so very difficult to sleep.Room is severely dated.

Good location, amenities all that you need. Service was lovely. $10/day for secure parking was not expected.

Very pleasant stay.

Well located. Very comfortable. Had everything you'd need. Room servicing was great. Pool and bbq area was dirty looking, like it hasn't been cleaned in days, but everything else was good. I'd stay again
