The staff were very friendly and accommodating 🙂.

A lot of the motels in this country have been sold out, and the new owners have to spend some money to upgrade them. It will be worth it for future generations to use, as a lot of young people don't drive across the country; they fly, so they need to advertise the town's accommodation for more business. Think about it. Thank you for your hospitality. Hay is a lovely township. I always stop 99% on my way to Sydney and back home.

Very clean room, and the reverse cycle air conditioner warmed the room well. There is a need for general maintenance in the bathroom with sealing around the tiles and sink missing or cracked, and the shower head needs replacing. An older motel but comfortable.

The place is very run down. All the plants around the place are dead or dying. The room had been half stripped out. The carpet was threadbare and frayed in many places. The towels were threadbare and smelled mouldy. We stayed there several years ago and it was quite pleasant. We won't be staying again, I'm afraid. The bed was comfortable.
