Clean, quiet and comfortable room

Staff and room great but no restaurant so description needs amending

Location and views

Late arrival was easy to get the keys and get self access. Easy self check out prior to opening hours, comfortable, clean and very good accessible location.

The office woman was very helpful.Ordered a taxi for me which was on time.Also she left great instructions for getting and dropping off keys.Room was clean.Good courtyard to sit in.

With confirmed booking through online booking and email also stating confirmation, upon arrival my partner had waited for 2 people ..separate other bookings to be finalised although they were advised that their bookings were cancelled then for us also to be told no you don't have a booking either, as my partner came out to our car to get my phone to prove confirmation of booking the receptionist shut the doors and locked them and also shut the roller doors, without providing any information as to why not bothered to help us with resolving the matter and thus occurred at around 7 pm. Highly rude and very neglectful, appalling that we can't be provided reasoning. Being a local yet made to feel like we aren't even worthy of explanation for understanding what's happened and where/when our money would be refunded..., I'm just going to stop there should anyone else who books here especially being Australian, warning as you will see and feel this "motel" discriminates as they mainly provide for "their culture" we had to sleep in our car .

Such a comfy bed and pillows. Really clean and roomy. Just what you need to refresh before being shuttled to the airport. Thankyou

Neat and clean

Room was a bit shoddy

It was not worth the money we paid. It wasnt the cleanest place the photos on the web different to the place. The pool wasnt that clean. The whole place could do wiith an up date the gardens ect. It was more $150 a night place. Every disppointed.would not stay again.

Only got a couple of hours sleep. The bed squeaked with any movement, PowerPoints were faulty and caused damage. Gaining access to the room in the dark was difficult due to non lighting

This was a relaxing over-night stay. We arrived at 6 am and appreciated the Hotel storing our luggage so that we could go see Brisbane while we waited for our check-in time.

Great location for dropping off a Caravan rental and having somewhere to stay before heading to the airport the next day. We walked half a block between the two. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I needed to do laundry and the laundry services had closed for the day, so she drove me to the closest laundry mat to help out. The room was quiet. Balcony was a nice, quiet addition. Would stay here again!

Close to airport and good price. Staff helped getting an Australian usb charger for my phone. Easy in and out.
