We had an excellent experience. The property had everything we needed and more.

Staff very helpful. Drawback no written explanation of how to work the TV, even staff had problems. Last day TV was out as wifi was down. Bath in family unit should have a gand rail!!

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. However the fridge is unbalanced and noisy.

Easy access to what we needed

Easy to deal with and hit the spot for a night in the area. Safe parking and walked to shops and dinner.

Not much to do there but hotel was perfectly fine.

Substandard. Maintenance needed to the rooms. Reception locked and cursory greeting. Would not stay there again.

This property is easy to find, convenient to mossy things and very comfortable to stay in. The staff are really helpful. We have stayed here several times when visiting Invercargill.

Adequate for the purpose. excellent shower

The armchairs you felt like you were sitting on the springs. Although for some people a spa would be nice but the bath was too high to get into to have a shower. Maybe offer the options to the guests. The bed was very comfortable.

Convenient location, nice people. But the bed was terribly uncomfortable. And that is the most important thing about where you stay.

From the first smile at reception this motel just had the little extras that made our stay an excellent experience. The rooms were clean, equiped with everything we needed and more. Easy parking and close to shops and Queens park. Highly recommended
