There was no hot water, the power points in both rooms don't work and the car park smelt of human urine.

Great for kids. Pools, waterpark, giant blow up pillow riding the bikes around. Live local and stay here regularly.

Cabins not well kept or provided for. Terrible laundry facilities. bad value for money and lots of much better options locally. Big4 do better!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was very tidy and fun for grandchildren. The ants were our only issue!

Self contained was missing basic essentials like a mixing bowl or bowl for microwave. They also overcharged my account and it is still not resolved 5 days later.

Staff were all helpful and accommodating. Great smaller sized park and clean and basic unit. Great for a break and excellent for kids. Thank you!

best place for families. so many things to do at the park and a beautiful safe environment. will defiantly be going there again. also, if you need a break from kids there is an adult only pool so refresh/ recharge and head back to the kids. great staff.

Staff helpful and cabin suited my requirements

Curtains were hanging off the rail. Windows and screens were filthy. Screen door would not slide, main sliding door lock was almost unusable, hard to lock and removing key was a major issue, bedside table was broken , a reading light would have been nice to read with and guidance to bathroom of a night, Freezer in fridge was a huge block of ice and hadn't been defrosted for a long time. Roads around park were terrible with massive potholes, area around cabin was untidy and messy. I would not stay here again for the price i expected more, very disappointed I also felt there should have been a rail at entry steps, steps were steep and there was nothing to hang onto to get up them

Cabins are outdated but are comfortable enough

The Big4 was something different for our family of four. It is like an adventure seeing lots of different birds in the premises and listening to the birds every morning was a delight. The kids loved the pool and water park. The two bedroom villa was comfortable and the staff kind. I would like to come back but not in the same villa because it had a very bad odour. We bought an air freshener and opened the windows as I cannot describe how bad the villa smelled. Rather than that, we enjoyed it!

Room rates for cabins are good value. Staff are interested and committed to giving very sound service.
