Great customer service, good location

The staff were very friendly, although the room was a little bit disappointing. Not enough towels in the room for the amount of people staying. Bed was soft and sunken in so had a horrible night sleep. I would’ve preferred a fresh roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when I checked in. I also noticed that there wasn’t a smoke alarm in the room. There wasn’t any plates in the cupboard, I did however find a bulb of garlic in the drawer.

Staff were courteous & friendly. Room was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Pool was a welcoming relief in the hot weather.

There were shops nearby, all within walking distance. The room was clean, well maintained. Friendly staff.

Some lovely interesting shops within walking, also restaurants and cafe’s. Woolworths a short stroll as well. The lady at reception gave me a late check out which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this motel for a stay in Yarrawonga.

This property is what it is a cheap place to stay overnight. It is on two levels with a central courtyard, the room was neat and clean.

Motel was nice, receptionist couldn't be less disinterested and the bed was terrible. Probably wouldn't stay again.

It’s a great location Cleanliness could be improved

Two night stay. After staying one night room door could not be closed as a screw came loose in the door lock mechanism after removing the screw and some jiggling around we could close and lock door, A repair was need requiring a "Manager person" attend to repair. Second night - As the room we had booked had an adjoining door that was locked but not sound proof.. sleep was disturbed as next door room had three very loud talking people and a midnight I had to ask them to tone it down. But still noisy. The lock issue is ok, but adjoining doors are no good...Will not be staying again.

It was clean but had a smell in the room didn’t like the curtains they were old and the bed head was ripped and torn in places other wise the bed was comfortable.
