humid room, cramped, not clean.

The Tet holiday does not accept guests, so our family has to go find another hotel while we have paid the room. And now there is no room refund

Small room, shower room too small, towels, pillows ... too old

The hotel is close to the center, Korean market, convenient transportation, nearby nightlife, enthusiastic reception, only slightly old hotel but suitable for price.

really disappointed. I booked 3 nights. Complete payment to receive a negative check. Bad, dirty, tight. fear not to sit. Leave it no longer despite paying in advance. Put another room in Tea painting with money but much wider and more beautiful. Consider losing money to avoid next time. Very annoyed and different from the image posted on the introduction.

The room is dirty. The bed is like no change. Room with dirty. Too bad

I booked a double bed but when I checked in, the staff only had 2 single beds and had an extra fee.

The hotel is too old, ants, cockroaches, old blankets, fouls, all the facilities in the room are too old, even the phone in the room needs to call reception nor. The price is high. Please verify this hotel before posting it for sale. Will discredit that. Best regards!

Unprepared rooms, daily cleaning and too expensive laundry

Really disappointed! Small room, dirty toilet, 3 people but only 1 bath towel, please add a few times to bring up. Staying for 2 nights and calling for cleaning also ignored it. Wrong do when choose here to rest.

An old room, a bad shower, a dirty blanket, a new blanket a few times but the staff still did not bring it up. Too disappointed

The guard was friendly, enthusiastic, cute. Clean and cool rooms fully equipped.

The room is too small, I booked the largest family room, but when I received it, it was so small, I could fit two single beds and the other one was small. This room is only suitable for 1 bed for 2 people, the room is clean no problem
