Especially Mr. Toi was very enthusiastic every day leading the car and asking about the guests very happily 😊. Next business trip will continue to stay here

I just had a 3-day, 2-night trip to Da Nang and I felt really lucky to book a hotel on the app that was so satisfying. I stayed on the 12th floor, room 1201, which had a big window with a super nice view, overlooking the whole city. Everyone at the hotel was very enthusiastic, I rented a motorbike to go around, the security guards took care of us very enthusiastically, on the way back, there were Khanh, Toi, Nghia who helped me park my motorbike and also gave me directions, and there was Ms. Huong who was very thoughtful and cute and asked if I needed a room (please pass on my thanks to the hotel 😍). The receptionists were also very cute, the check-in and check-out procedures were quick. I highly recommend everyone!

My family stayed for 3 days so we chose an apartment-style room, very spacious and comfortable in the living space, with a small kitchen area with full utensils and clean, families with small children can cook light meals very well. All the hotel receptionists were very enthusiastic when we needed support, advice on directions, tourist areas as well as local specialties here. The rooms were always cleaned neatly, towels were changed regularly every day. The security guards were always smiling and welcoming every time they met us, happily helping us to push our motorbikes. The laundry cost was extremely low, calculated by kg, so we could wash what we wore that day, very convenient. The hotel also rents motorbikes at reasonable prices, our family rented them and went out to play. It felt like we had melted into a Da Nang person in a few days 🤭. What's more special is that I forgot a tiny item in the room, the receptionists were extremely enthusiastic in helping me send it to my house. Thank you very much. Thanks to you, the staff at the hotel, I have a great affection for Da Nang, the people are gentle, honest and extremely hospitable. I will definitely introduce Doha Hotel to my friends and acquaintances. I wish the hotel always maintains its reputation.

The hotel is centrally located, convenient for traveling to tourist attractions. The room quality is good compared to the price. My family of 3 had a great experience here. The security guards (Toi, Nghia, Khanh) were very enthusiastic in helping with luggage when checking in and out. The receptionists (Hue, Linh, Giang) had a very good service attitude. Ms. Huong, the janitor, and Mr. Phuc, the manager, also supported my family a lot. I will come back if I have the opportunity to visit Da Nang next time.

I need to stay here because it is close to my workplace, but they changed me to a second location which is far away and inconvenient. Why wasn't travaloka informed about this? I was put in a forced situation.
